How do I know if my payment was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email from Stainless Living Products and one of our payment partners as soon as payment has been received.

Can I change or cancel my order after making a payment?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you contact us within a reasonable time before we ship the product/s. We will refund your payment as within 3 business days.
Should the product/s have left the warehouse before receiving your cancelation email kindly follow the returns policy
