Shipping Policy

Here is what you can expect once your purchase has been confirmed:

1. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email in your inbox (if you don't, please check your spam inbox as sometimes it lands up there!) If you don't receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and making payment, please let us know on: support@stainlesslivingproducts.co.za with your order detials. 

2. Our warehouse for picking & packing orders operates from 9:00 - 16:00 on weekdays only. If your order is placed over a weekend or public holiday it will be prepared and shipped on the following working day.

3. Our courier operates 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday and on Saturdays during peak season. 

4. The moment your order leaves us you will receive a notification via email with your tracking number and courier details.

Want to return or exchange items? You'll have 7 days from delivery of your item to tell us if you'd like to return / exchange it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. See Returns Policy for full details.
