Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no visible signs of wear or use. Items will be inspected on return.

Return Process

 - Refunds must be logged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 - To start a return, please login to your customer account here and follow the prompts. Customer account

 - On the return, specify the items you would like to return and the reason for your return (if applicable).

 - We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

 - Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 - Sale & Promo items will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Shipping

 - The purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues

- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@stainlesslivingproducts.co.za if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 - We cannot accept returns on used items or items with visible signs of wear or use.

Exchanges

 - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return and is accepted and refund is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

 - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@stainlesslivingproducts.co.za.
